How to reach us
For production deployments, configure SUPPORT_EMAIL in your environment and publish it here. Until then, use the in-app support request form (requires sign-in) so operators see your account context.
Include: your Aurepix username, approximate time (UTC), and any error reference shown in the UI (for example “ref: …” from API responses).
Target first response: one business day for paid accounts during beta; urgent billing outages are prioritised.
Billing & refunds
Subscription changes and invoices are managed in Stripe where enabled. For incorrect charges or access after payment, open a request with category Billing. We do not handle card data on our servers.
